The company specializes in concrete, excavation, and underground utility work throughout the state of Arkansas. The company is currently owned by Hartley Tucker’s daughter Dian Tucker Evans and ran by it’s President John Ray Evans. The Vice President is Dian and John Ray’s son John Hartley Evans.
